Kundalini Yoga and Sacred Numerology Workshop and Kirtan with Kirpal Singh and Ishwara Kaur

For centuries numbers have informed us about the nature of existence. Their study can provide profound insights and realisations. During the workshop we will explore the nature of numerology in relation to Kundalini Yoga and to Awareness of Self. We will practise kriyas, meditations and chant in relation to the numbers.

The power of chanting specific mantras is widely recognised today, not only in the yogic world but also by the scientists. Vibration is at the core of our being so any singing or chanting has a deep impact on our being. When we chant specific mantras this directs us towards experiences of the divine or more spiritual aspects of life. The kirtan sessions will be accompanied by guitar and harmonium. Kirpal and Ishwara have many years experience of teaching Kundalini Yoga and Sacred Numerology. Both are Teacher Trainers and Consultants and have devoted their lives to exploring and sharing the Teachings.

Part 1 - Re-affirmed our connection to the primal creative energy within. The affirmation "I know the Unknown is known to me" strengthens our inner confidence, equilibrium and stabillity. It is our own choice to affrim our identity as a Divine Woman.

Part 2 - Our challenge as women is not to be defined by the standards of our outer beauty that our culture demands of us, but instead to live in contentment, serenity and containment. How liberating is it to think of our value being defined by our inner light, our radiance and our grace.
