'Kundalini Yoga the Art of Joyful Living' Instructor Emma has been teaching for 6 years and provides open classes for all levels that include body postures, attention to breath (pranayama), positive affirmations, visualisation, mantra, meditation and relaxation. She has experience in hatha, ashtanga, bikram yoga, martial arts and is trained in massage and reiki.

As a mother of two, experienced pregnancy yoga teacher and qualified Doula, Lucy found her own pregnancy yoga practice profoundly beneficial. Her classes are tailored specifically for pregnant women, helping women de-stress, relax and strengthen their bodies in preparation for birthing and motherhood, as well as empowering them. Nimrita is passionate about sharing these beautiful teachings throughout her life, Kundalini Yoga classes, and Shakti Dance classes. She has trained levels 1 and 2 with SKY and then ANS, and has been teaching classes since 2006. Nimrita loves to sing mantras and play the guitar, and her classes are often enriched with live music.
